The perks with ADP are awesome, the actual job is less awesome. BUT It's not bad!
It is a call centre environment which means handling clients on the phone and via email which for me is not my favourite part of the job.
Sometimes clients can be irate, sometimes patience grows thin. This, I believe, happens at any workplace that deals with clients, tight timelines, and money.
Sometimes because we have so many employees, and so many locations even just serving Canada, it is difficult to know who to talk to about what issues, but for the most part that can be solved with asking around.
