They start you out at 18.75 an hour in FL, which is ok for the area, but much lower than what payroll processors make who use the program. You will teach people who get paid 2-3x more than you to do their job. They will only promote a few % of people. Most people quit within the year due to being overworked and not supported. They have mandatory overtime at the end of the year, and guilt you into working more, like skipping lunch, during the busy season. You will not be promoted if you do not do extra OT. Management is lacking in experience on the program, so they are hesitant to jump on calls that get escalated. You will have a service lead, but that person is shared between 6-12 individuals and you have to jockey for time. Most tech leads have only been with the company for a few months longer, so sometimes you have to go to another lead for help, waiting even longer. Clients have no idea how many cases you have, and management expects you to get back to people immediately via email, as well as answer phones non stop without getting time to work on open cases.
