Management, clear favoritism, no support. If you're not a favorite, you know it. I had to go on FMLA for doctor's appointments. Whenever I went to an appointment, I was met with clear disappointment. Whenever I expressed a desire to move within the company, I was written up so I couldn't. It is all about the phone there and constantly pushing more and more products. I left there in May of 2020 to a better job with a different company and I've never been happier. I never thought a positive work environment could exist because ADP drills into your head about how "awesome" it is. They preach "each person counts," but each person counts when you're a favorite
