Pros
I had worked for two awful companies post college. I decided I would not settle for anything less than what I deserved so I did contract work while I job hunted for 8 months. ADP found me on LinkedIn and I am beyond grateful. Why I love my jobs so much! *I work virtual so I get two hours of work done before other people get to the office * My boss doesn't bother me unless I not doing my work which is never an issue because I aim to exceed expectations *I have a lot of fun with my co-workers and we all are on the same page *They pay me the best out of all the other companies I interviewed for with my exp level *They offer so many incentives and contests which I love and it keeps me motivated *There is obtainable career advancement within ADP and my division *I receive a lot of recognition for doing well. My other companies didn't even say thank you half the time even though I was doing other peoples work because they are lazy or incompetent. I am not saying all these wonderful things just because I recruit for our company, I genuinely mean it! I am so grateful for an awesome job and it makes my life so much better! Anyone that I see that complains about ADP to me they must not be doing their job. They need to switch professions or step up their game. ADP does not have tolerance for slacker and complainers! !
Cons
As of now I don't have any complaints. I work a lot, but I don't mind to work a lot for a company that gives me so much in return.
