TotalSource/ADP resource doesnt follow the larger ADP rules/policy- they are HORRIBLE to their employees Downsizing in certain depts removed talent tenured people Open door policy is for namesake only- beware if there is a problem you are on your own Boasting about quarterly profits is tasteless if you have let go over 50% of a dept
