Pros
The benefits is the only thing good they got going for them. Coworkers were friendly and was eager to help when needed.
Cons
ADT is a very unorganized company you would not think that due to it being one of the world's largest security establishment. The training they provide is just awful it's only 4 weeks of training and they only teach you the basic stuff which does not prepare you when it's time to go out on the floor and then all hell breaks loose!..The pay is low for the amount of work you are required to do. All they care about is productivity, how many calls you are taking per hour depends on if you will keep your job or not they required 14-15 calls per hour which is very hard to keep up when you were dealing with some many different situations that required more time than others. The environment is very stressful and draining. I was fired because of my calls per hours which was not fair because I tried to provide the best customer service that included going above and beyond.
