Micro-managing, managers with little experience but HUGE egos, Having to pull permits for alarms, long waits for customers to get installed, lazy managers in the install team, too many inappropriate conversations and relationships at the workplace that is condoned. Horrible training at beginning. You practically sit in front a computer for one week reading items and are expected to be able to do it with no help. The work systems are VERY outdated. When the company messes up on your commission you have to fill out a commission adjustment form which has to be submitted to the manager then to payroll which means you have to wait an additional 1-2 weeks to get money that is already owed to you which can negatively affect your life!
