Pros
Company takes care of its employees in benefits department. Very well-organized training. Reasonable and knowledgable management locally. Decent group of people all around.
Cons
There are no leads. NONE. Told that National average is 4-6/month. I am at end of month two, and there have been zero (not an exaggeration. Nil. Nada. I received a couple of strays re-assigned to me from the manager, but none from the company). I had this same job 15 or so years ago, and it was completely different. Phone would ring several times/week with company set appointments, and your main job was to close and upsell when appropriate. Self-generated leads were the gravy. Now this is entirely turned on its head, and is not sustainable. Meanwhile, ADT expects you to be door knocking and other cog-in-the-machine activities (which are unpaid, of course, so mainly for the benefit of the company long term). Not what was promised, and certainly not what I signed up for. Do not expect this to be a long tenure.
