Pros
Most of the people are great to work with
Cons
Pretty much everything else. Agio states fairly often they want to be the best in the MSP world when in fact they are average at best. The amount of corners that get cut is direct based on the extremely high work load. The work load is not talked about openly because unless an idea comes from the higher ups, it's not worth addressing. Upper managment has a one tack mind that ends up costing engineers valuable time that can be used to actually get really work done and in turn keep clients happy. Instead they rather push for things that look good on paper but when it comes to implementation is a waste. That being said, upper management isn't totally useless as they can always be used as an example of what NOT to do. Probably one of the best things that could be done at this point would be for Agio to sell to someone that knows how to run a business where countless employees don't wish for it to fail.
