Pros

I can't honestly think of one pro here

Cons

Upper management is COMPLETELY detached from most employees. Knee jerk reactions lead to good people being fired. One of the "core values" is to speak up, but speaking up will get you fired. Many friends have been fired for raising concerns about shady business practices. In all honesty, The moment I can get something else lined up, I'm OUT! DO NOT WORK HERE.

Pros

Snacks...they provide snacks and casual dress code .

Cons

Where to begin. This was an amazing company to work for until we started making good money and started growing. CEO is out of touch, way out of touch . On top of that he has lost the respect of many employees . He will make a bad call then when the front line employees speak up ,as is the policy of agio, he will say I had no idea, all the while he is the one that made the call himself. The coo is constantly on a power trip. If you are his buddy then you won’t have any issues but if you speak up or say anything that puts him in a bad light he will find a way to end your employment . HR is a joke . Employees throw false claims around (so much so I was asked by an employee to make a false claim against another employee) in the end a valuable employee was let go while the persons submitting false claims are still there. Employees are over worked . Overnight staff are unable to take pto due to short staffing. Upper management is aware but has stated hey will not be hiring to fill positions. Not to mention the ceo has decided to cut down the current ya staff by 20% to send those jobs offshore. I could go on but I think you get the Jist .

Pros

Only good thing- job is remote

Cons

Majorly understaffed- below skeleton crew status on a daily basis, a hand full of employees expected to cover 24/7 coverage for many clients. Horrible management- very detached management that simply does not care about our health and only cares about pleasing their upper management. Lying to clients- this was the last straw for me and why I left the company. They claim to offer 24/7 coverage to clients and even sell it to them, yet do not even have staff available for after business hours and they should be reported for negligence and shut down. I have seen time and time again how their lack of staff and understanding of cyber security has caused clients thousands of dollars in ransomware, when that is what the clients are paying them for to protect them from.
