Initially it will be nice to work you 'll feel secured In the job. But gradually team lead will imply pressure on you. And unbelievable targets will be given. Your supposed to stretch in certain teams(my team) or else u 'll be given some sort of warning. No career grow. Career growth is a tiny narrow path. And yeah too much of nepotism will be there in IJP trust me on that. I quit only cos of prolonged night shift. I was not able to manage my work and personal life.
