Pros
The remuneration was above market average; plenty of opportunities to work on interesting projects & a trusted brand in the market.
Cons
Since the merger with LBR, the enviroment was chaotic. No defined territory or accounts for salespeople. US staff have close to preferential treatment over UK Counterparts. Sales directors foster a cut throat 'out for yourself' environment not condusive to team success or growth. Quotas are stretch at best.
