Pros

3 times tea at your seat. Good Air Conditioner No hierarchy

Cons

Boss's mum's show. All the decisions are taken by her. Exactly (100%) Congress party like scenario, so you know how it works. Worst leaves policy. Appraisals are delayed nearly half a year. Salary = 70% package + 30% variable They give variable component after one year. Not even a single outing/party by the company in a year. Just provide halwa/kheer on important days, at ur seat. Obsolete technology used Visual Studio 2010, 2008 c#, c++, VB .Net Money minded people, will never miss out a chance to deduct employee's salary. Dont even provide cabs for late night shifts. No perks/no compensatory offs/no extra pay for night shift or saturday shift.

Pros

Work environment is supportive. Management is helpful and colleagues genuinely help an support each other .. company has sports and games as part of employee engagement and so bonding takes place .. that’s very cool !

Cons

The pace at which things change can seem rattling but eventually things happen and an employee is never let down .. on the other hand it’s really cool to be part of figuring it all out and building processes .. you learn how to be more adaptable as a human being and become a better manager as a result ..

Pros

The people are very attached and passionate about the products and the work they do and make .. Management has an open door policy and this makes everyone feel inspired and welcomed. One is free to express ones views and opinions .. you feel that your opinions and views matter .. The opportunities feel endless here and the work that is being done is exciting .. what is inspiring is that the leaders of the product and management team feel so passionate for the work they do ..

Cons

The company is expanding and with it there are changes that are being implemented for the benefit of its employees ..One needs to be patient .. So if you can't roll with the punches and adapt to the changes ..new processes, leadership, opportunities or whatever it may be, you might not enjoy the work environment here. But at the same time these changes also teach us to be resilient and adaptable - both invaluable traits to learn in the workplace...
