Pros
They pay you on time. Their company colors are ok. They don't bug you too much. That's really it.
Cons
They come in and underbid contracts and throw out 30% of your staff and retain you at a 30% pay cut so they can rehire cheap labor with no education that can't even operate a computer to serve as IT technicians. It's rediculous. You end up flooded with work because they hire the lowest of the low to save money. Only a few of us experienced ones that are good at our jobs got retained. The whole desk is crap now.
