      Constant Q4 reorgs and lay offs Uncompetitive salary Very cut throat because of the ever present fear of being laid off New staff are paid more than existing staff at the same level Constant prioritization changes causes wasting time and effort. Favouritism is rampant and trumps ability, only the clique get promoted
