*sends inexperienced people to jobs
*abuses EPA laws and doesnt recover refrigerant
*lies to customers and allows aggression from angry customers to fall on technicians
*management is ambiguous with everything except billing
*openly allows and promotes "stealing" time by adding unworked hours to customer
*retains drug users and DUI in order to send anyone to a call
*hires unqualified technicians because they are "friends" and increases certified technicians workload
*promises and promotes 4 day work weeks, lie
* promises and promotes training, lies unless your friend or family
*generic parts and not OEM that fail resulting in a call back and more over charge to customer
*chief operating officer shallow and willing to sacrifice a good technician for revenue
*promotes the inexperienced and abuses talent
*on call schedule is un fair and not all technicians work on call
*PM services scam customers and increase workload on the "good techs"
*chief operating officer lies about everything and allows mistreatment of employees
*customer serve reps are aggressivley yelled at and treated ill
*specialized tools for gods are unheard of and puts techs at risk
*techs are scrutinized by pay roll and not given explanation
*communication is better in kindergarten
*technicians are left untrained
*no present HR for legitamate complaints, owner and chief operating officer does nothing when life or limb are threatend or expectations exceed reality due to lack of training
*good ole boys that complete an average of ONE call per day increasing on call tech load
*bonuses go unpaid-tools not replaced-scrutinized when developing a professional relationship with customer
*preventative maintinace work load exceeds reality
*Hiring based on everything but skill set, turn over rate extremely high
*unrealistic expectations
