Strong product portfolio, helpful line managers, good work-life balance
Cons
Focus too much on process, and very little ground on empowerment. A lot of decisions from senior executives are unexplained. They appear to be only interested in profit and result. There is a lack of purpose. Senior executives sometimes intervene with the lowest level activities by “exceptions”(from figures). Their intervention usually kills morale and productivity, knowing all those impact they still want to do it.
