The company’s workforce is heavily dominated by one ethnic group, and there is clear and consistent favoritism shown toward employees of that same group, creating an unfair and biased working environment. Management shows little effort to improve or upgrade the company’s systems. Employee opinions are often dismissed by management. There is no formal employee handbook. HR is managed by a single individual, creating a lack of oversight and balance. There is no clear separation of duties between management and HR. daily work is okay so-so other race cannot coming late but the favorite race can come late, even can wfh.
