Pros
The staff of AXA foster a very welcoming and inclusive culture. Benefits provided by the employer are also excellent.
Cons
Poor salary relative to the Irish market. Working weeks can regularly exceed contracted hours. Capacity has been an issue throughout my time here and workload can be unmanageable at times given the limited number of staff available.
