Help those who are most in need of housing and services and work with others who have intentions to do the same.
Cons
Avoid working here by all means unless you are ready to deal with some real psycho's managing this place. Turnover is at the highest, people are stressed out beyond belief, frequent unlawful terminations, micro- managing by incompetent senior management. No one is happy and majority are trying to get out. The only reason why they have any staff is due to the economy. Promotions go to those who have the same types of deranged personality as those who are giving the promotions. They have no respect for their staff or anyone else because they have a dictatorship mentality.
