Pros
Great culture Even though everyone (outside of Calgary) is working solely remotely, and there are hundreds of people, the company actively works to ensure each individual feels like part of a community. This can be within your local area or part of a particular group who comes together to achieve something together. Really good onboarding Everyone who joins the company goes through a product bootcamp session and it's a great way to get to understand the product. Overall the business has really well documented processes and how to guides, which makes the onboarding experience the best I have ever had. Clear progression pathway You know exactly what you have to achieve to progress within the business, and there are lots of tool to help you upskill, + the opportunity to get involved in different projects which might sit outside of your day to day. Managerial/company support From my own experience, there is a lot of transparency within the teams. There are regular employee and team surveys being sent out, with clear action points to improve on the feedback. Everyone is very supportive and wants to help.
Cons
Big corporate company Because it's such a big business, it's takes a while to fully understand all the different teams and how the business operates. All the incentives/bonuses are calculated in USD which isn't ideal when you are based in Europe.
