Pros
I know that headline doesn't sound exciting, but to me, it really says a lot. I think this company, although it is still a big corporation, does a better job than the others at caring after their employees. We've still had complaints, but their benefits (including generous Leave of Absence policies) and programs to make your time at work more enjoyable are better than the others. They try to be inclusive, even if sometimes it feels performative; it's better than the others. The work/life balance in the federal space, in particular, is usually pretty good, and they people are nice and tend to actually care about you and support you as a person. Overall the culture here is fantastic and I'd highly recommend to anyone.
