Pros
It’s a large company but as the saying goes size is not always the most important thing.
Cons
This company is rife with incompetent middle management ( some of which are not even college graduates) newly installed by a tone deaf, disengaged c-suite. The company itself is rife with favoritism and unfair advantages to those least deserving. The only consolation is middle management seems to be not only useless but completely disposable and replaced continuously. Somehow the company does not understand that this type of rampant favoritism based upon cliques will destroy them from the inside. If you are in sales prepare to be stolen from by your peers and be completely unsupported by overworked staff. Talent is running to the exits at this company so do yourself a favor and only take a job at this company if you are ready to be on the breadline. If there’s any profit to be made it’s not going to an employee it’s being siphoned off by the company itself.
