Pros
Growth is fast, good benefits, easy to learn
Cons
You’re not getting paid enough here for what you put in….. Their salaries are a joke comparatively speaking when you look at the industry as a whole next to other companies. They pamper executives and VP’s with handsome bonuses that could be a down payment on a house and hand lower level employees $200 for a years hard work as a “thank you for all you’ve done.” They shower you with compliments on how well you’re performing but their raises don’t reflect that, at. all….. They also cut salaries for entry level employees by $10k over the course of the years and make you work for years to make what you should of made starting off to begin with. You’re not measured by how well you do your job, but by how well you do your job and pitch in to help other people out relieving them of their workload. Then they brand it as “team work” so you feel better about it.
