Great company - Head of Business Development Active Collab Employee Review

Started working in Aug 2024 while the company was going through complete management restructure and market repositioning. There were entire company departments to be rebuilt, so the environment was startup-like even though a company was 15+ years old. Biggest pros of the company are: - data driven decision making - freedom to work remotely, hybrid or office-based - support for utilizing existing skills and developing new ones - support for growing on personal plan (starting a family etc.) - open, direct and transparent communication are key value company nurtures There are many more, but it's genuinely an amazing place to thrive and evolve both on personal and professional plan

Potential lack of flexibility for the ones unable to adapt to a performance-oriented work environment

Not a single good thing about this company.

The culture is completely toxic, from the owners all the way down. Management, especially the marketing manager, is not only mean but also completely non-literal and disinterested in any real progress or employee well-being. There are absolutely ZERO benefits and bonuses, and the salary is embarrassingly low for the amount of work expected. The HR department might as well not exist – there’s no support or structure for employees. The owners and upper management are arrogant, with no willingness to listen to ideas or feedback. The entire culture feels like it’s rotting from the top down.
