I work remotely and direct management is nice

This company has treated their employees absolutely awful in the last few years. We have been worked like dogs. People have quit they won’t hire anyone to replace them, I personally am one of the employees who was promised a raise and took on multiple responsibilities. This has been denied now and I won’t get a raise at all. We are now on a freeze again all the people who have quit we are taking on their jobs this company is a multi million dollar company by the way. We as employees deserve better. Adapt needs to do better.
