      Pros

      Direct management was very open to hearing any issues as well as always looking to improve things for their staff and make things easier. Had some flexibility with schedule, worked four 10 day shifts.

      Cons

      Sometimes they didn’t have a lot of support in the office, worked not only as a therapist, but unpacking boxes, maintainingproduct count, and even cleaning the office. Walk-ins were often interrupting your day, with no secretary or receptionist on site.

      Pros

      Interactions with the clients can be wholesome, and relaxed middle management. My manager is really chill. His manager's manager, not so much.

      Cons

      Complete inability to properly communicate anything to anyone including staff, clients, or medical professionals. Insurance is absolutely horrible. Training is horrible. Expectations of technicians are completely unreasonable. New company policies are counter productive and absolutely disruptive.
