On call money is good

Work life balance sucks if there's not enough techs.
Either slammed, or really slow.

Thanks for taking the time to provide this information. The role you play is critical to the care we provide to patients. We are currently looking at our on call pay, so be on the look out for changes in this area.
Interactions with the clients can be wholesome, and relaxed middle management. My manager is really chill. His manager's manager, not so much.
Cons
Complete inability to properly communicate anything to anyone including staff, clients, or medical professionals. Insurance is absolutely horrible. Training is horrible. Expectations of technicians are completely unreasonable. New company policies are counter productive and absolutely disruptive.
