      - Flexible working policy - Unlimited vacation - Smart people - Interesting problems to solve if you like tech and finance

      Cons

      - Need to own your own career progression, as opposed to having it in a structured form. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, and is somewhat expected if you join a smaller company -

      Unlimited PTO that they encourage you to use

      Cons

      Vey cliquey and laden with politics. Lot of the promotions didn't make any sense and just seemed to be based on the VP's mood on any given day. Favoritism galore and to top it off.... the clients are so difficult to deal with. Unrealistic expectations and no support from management when they are out of line. You will be demonized if you call it out.
