Having worked in the NY and MV office, I can attest to strong talent in both locations and a cohesive feel. Cons
As with any high-growth company, building a company and product from scratch is super difficult. Whether they admit it or not, most employees are really vested in Addepar’s success, which creates a collective anxiety about the future. For this reason, short term road bumps and growing pains are extra discouraging - having a long term outlook is key.
