Salary and benefits were fair compared to industry, protected by union as well.
Cons
Performance and KPI are not well defined and changed every years. Unrealistic KPI also causing the staff resigned. The trend of Great Resignation, change of working behavior & preference after Covid 19, and new generation Z joining the workforce are causing TALENT shortage in the bank and industry. The bank works hard to transform but the result is not as expected due to multiple factors. Due to the above reasons, the manager is expecting you to fill the gap arises from the resigned staff and system inefficiency, Happy Overtime . Other paperwork and compliance work are part of your job though it deviated from your main job scope.
