Pros

Benefits and pay! AFLAC cares for their employees and shows it throughout the year! not just Employee Appreciation Week. 9 out of 10 people you come across are in good spirits because they love their jobs.

Cons

The call center is a fast paced environment with a lot of structure. I love the people and customers. however it is very stressful, little break time in between calls. all high stress jobs should come with adequate down time. the calls are back to back to back to back to back literally.

Pros

Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

Cons

No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
