Pros
The Headquarters in Columbus takes great care of their employees. While I work in a Market Office not near Columbus I have still been there to see the headquarters of the company. Almost quarterly there is some sort of employee appreciation. Overall they treat the employees very well.
Cons
Communication can be difficult when you work thousands of miles and 2 hours time difference with headquarters or when you are working with markets on the other side of the country. Nothing can really be done about this.
