      Pros

      - Mediocrity is frequently rewarded - Work produced "on time" is valued much higher than accuracy or effectiveness.

      Cons

      - Leadership is deeply unprofessional and lacks the polish / knowledge one would expect of a Fortune 500 firm - No opportunity to develop skills by working with peers: you'll never learn an industry best-practice here - Location, location, location.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
