      Pros

      Own hours, work at your own pace, set appts, meeting biz owners

      Cons

      Very little support throughout the system....high turnover, little success in reality no matter how many doors you walk thru. Everyone knows the Duck but have no idea what it is, nor after having agents come in weekly, care to find out what aflac can do for their employees. It’s a hard way to make money, you handle every aspect.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
