lovely coworkers and compassionate supervisors. you are actually asked to lean on each other for support and success. encouragement from leadership is kind, constructive, and accessible.
Cons
training is inaccurate and overly simplified. redundant tasks and evolving systems are challenging at times to keep up with. for me personally, benefits package is meh.
