      Smart people. Learnt a lot technical wise

      Cons

      Lack of patience I went through 5 rounds of interviews. Made it very clear that I lack certain skills they were looking for. They still decided to hire me saying that they would support me When I joined and struggled they just decided to let me go. I moved countries for this role and they heartlessly decided to end my employment
