      - Best option in BKK to work with international, smart and driven colleagues (great for networking) - Good environment if you are self-driven and adapt well to change - Decent benefits and flexible WFH policy

      Cons

      - Work-life balance depends highly on luck + what team you're assigned - Pay bands have no logic, are borderline unethical (some people in less senior positions have higher salary, some make 50-100% more than others in same position) - Org structure very flat, promotions are highly competitive
