Toxic culture Lot of local thais have groupism among each other making it more difficult to succeed. Also their culture overvalues groupthink and highly looks down upon disagreements, making feedback and technical discussions all but impossible without it blowing up in your face. Your life here also depends on the team and manager, it's gotten a bit better recently.
