9yThanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We are committed to creating a company where people are rewarded for their performance, treated fairly and able to grow professionally, so I am sorry to hear about some of your experiences.
We are always searching for ways to improve the way we do things and have recently rolled out a succession planning framework to help us better identify people to move up into key roles. We are also developing in several departments frameworks to make promotion decisions more transparent and offer more support to employees (learning programs, assignments, ...) to get them ready for new positions.
While we will continue to look for ways to improve so that you and others are recognized and rewarded for your contribution to the company, I hope this goes some way to address your concerns. Thanks again for your feedback
