This is not just the case in the US, but across all our 30+ office around the world. I am sorry to hear about some of your experiences with us. Since the time of your review, the Agoda team here has taken several steps to make sure team members feel supported and appreciated. And that we change the culture of our US offices for the better: we have relocated to a new office in the Empire State Building, opened our office in Los Angeles, put in place a strong learning & development framework and established regular communications between teams and senior leaders, including joint blue-sky thinking during our weekly Bagel Dialogues.
