Pros
Great concept. The service is in demand. Great people working for the company, at least across the European and Asian locations. Certain possibilities for career advancement.
Cons
Working weekly shifts at customer support in Budapest was rather draining and stressful. As a result there was a high turnover of staff. Micromanagement is common practice. New procedures were implemented on a regular basis, which required constant re-adjustment.
