      Pros

      I love the international community- you will find some really smart people from all over the world. Agoda folks are extremely determined and really enjoy data research. If you like data and moving fast with new challenges -this is for you.

      Cons

      Leadership cannot move forward with an idea without a PPT presentation. Past consultants will do well (or anyone who is used to project management space). Also, it depends on who is your manager. If you have a terrible manager, you are stuck in the role and there is little chance to move upwards.

      Low pay for tech industry, work-life balance is poor, can feel stuck if your manager does not support your growth, dependency on PPT presentations
