Pros
- The tech department is big, you can move to a new team if you need something new. - Salary + bonus is above average comparing to a local average income. - Cool benefits such as club budget, non-business travel budget, etc. - At least for my team, they accept a new idea and challenging. the work environment is good. Not much overtime even many people starts to complain that they're facing more overtime now.
Cons
- Company doesn't care about customer much if it does't impact any company's income. - Tech is boring to work sometimes. The service and architecture are too big, you often need to talk to 3-5 teams just to change one line of code. - The promotion isn't full transparent. It's mostly based on a manager which vary across teams. - CTO are AI bro. - The high level leaders don't have enough diversity. it's mainly one nationality.
