During my time at All Community Events I gained experience planning and executing every aspect of an event. I was given events to manage on my own right away and there were many opportunities for advancement throughout my time there. It really is a place that you will get out what you put in. If you are interested in immersing yourself in the world of live events among people that share a drive and passion for events, this is the place for you! Management truly cares about every employee and wants them to succeed. New ideas are encouraged and there are always new events to be working on so there is never a dull moment. Not only will you enjoy your work experience, but you will make connections with those in the office that will last a life time. I can’t recommend All Community Events enough!
Cons
Event days can be long and physically tiring. This is perfect for an athletic person that loves to produce an event from the start to finish! Personally, event days were my favorite but I understand that long hours aren’t for everyone.
