Good work environment - Anonymous employee AllWest Insurance Employee Review

Upper management cares - one thing that truly hit me was that on my first day, the CEO came and met me. He made an effort to know my name and actually get to know me. We talked for 20 about minutes and then we went along with our days. With a staff of over 200 and this supposedly being a common occurrence, I think this one, fleeting moment speaks volumes of truth about the character of the company.

It can be hectic at times, but I think any type of work is like that

There are none with this company.

*Schedule changes every month *Micromanaged by the CEO of the company * Dock you 15 mins of your pay if you are 1 minute late * Harrass your well being *No Parking * Have to be available to check e-mails on day's off *Managers can't help you * HR can't help you if you have a problem * Can't call in sick *
