Great office, awesome JR managers, cool closers, SR managers do what everyone to succeed.
Cons
the leads/prospects are nowhere close to serious enough. Most leads are paid for via a lead gen company, half of them are numbers from foreign countries or people denying they ever requested info on gold or silver.
