Pros
The small company aspects allows for management to take feedback from you and potentially put it into action. The company puts their faith in you and gives you opportunities to be a Project Manager even right out of college. Excellent place to build experience in professional customer service, Microsoft SQL, and problem solving skills. Always coming up with different ways to continue to boost moral and make it a fun working environment. The ability to travel all over North America to train or implement the software is a wonderful perk as well. The software is always growing and changing which creates new challenges that keeps the position from being mundane.
Cons
The software is incredibly dense which creates a learning curve. It can be difficult to be patient as getting to know the software well is going to take time.
