Pros
The salary was ok, not great, just ok. There were some great people there. Benefits kind of sucked, and there was no dental, I guess some health insurance is better than none at all. Though there was a 401k, that was pretty cool. You also didn't have to take your job home with you nor do things like check your email over the weekend or any bs like that.
Cons
I worked in a very small, ugly, dump of a satellite office (not the Portland HQ). Luckily there were a couple of great people there, but they could not make up for the dysfunctional office atmosphere and the string of dysfunctional hires made there. Even though you didn't have to "take your job home" with you, if you came early or stayed late, it would start to be expected of you without rewarding you for it, and with no career growth opportunities, there was no point in staying late anyway. It became a poisonous, toxic place to be. Again, this is a few years ago, who knows what the satellite office is like now.
