Pros
- working with people that care about their work but are also genuinely friendly and enjoyable to work with/be around - strong opportunities for growth/promotions - hard work and consistent performance is actually recognised - significant ownership from early whilst still having support from your manager/team - open communication culture where feedback and discussions are encouraged, you don't feel scared to speak with your manager about good and bad things
Cons
- the pace can be intense during busy periods and there are days where you're balancing a lot of priorities and conversations at the same time - to do well you have to get comfortable with ownership, taking initiative, and learning quickly - it takes time to adjust for some people - everyone is genuinely busy, which can sometimes make coordination a bit tougher
